When we launched our campaign a year ago, some political pundits wondered whether it would be possible to take on an incumbent with all the corporate backing Thom Tillis has. But not anymore.

The most recent public polls say this is a one-digit race, and corporate special interest groups are pouring money into North Carolina trying to save our opponent.

This week, The Chamber of Commerce is launching a seven-figure ad campaign to support Thom Tillis — and we believe they intend to spend even more to protect his seat.

This new buy comes on top of the tens of millions of dollars Mitch McConnell’s partisan network of mega-donors has already booked to spend in this race on negative ads — far more than any other battleground Senate race.
