Today is the one year anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision upholding fair maps in Virginia -- and with those fair maps, Democrats have been able to enact crucial legislation on climate change, reproductive rights, and LGBTQ rights. Today is also our LAST CHANCE to hit our mid-month goal! We can’t fall short with the November elections coming up so fast.

Subject: Yes, they actually made a good decision!

Friend: Today is important for two reasons. First, our mid-month deadline hits at midnight (help us hit our $35,000 goal).

Second, it’s the one-year anniversary of the Supreme Court’s ruling upholding fair House of Delegates districts in Virginia (Justice Ginsburg wrote the opinion!). Since then:

	★	When the 2019 election was held on these new maps, Democrats flipped both legislative chambers.
	★	Now fair redistricting is assured in Virginia!
	★	And Virginia’s new Democratic leadership has already enacted legislation to address climate change, defend reproductive rights, protect LGBTQ Virginians, and more!

Friend -- when the maps are fair, Democrats win. We were thrilled that our investments helped Virginia Democrats make gains in both 2017 and 2019, and we’re already seeing the results. Now it’s time to make it happen in all of our target states.
