john,
According to Speaker Mike Johnson, millions of Americans “will choose” to lose their Medicaid coverage.
Not because of the extreme bill Republicans just passed.
Not because of new barriers to care.
…But because Americans supposedly made the wrong choice?
WHAT?!
Can Kim count on you to chip in $5 or more to help her hold GOP extremists accountable for THEIR actions? >> [link removed]
Let’s be very clear: The GOP’s latest “big, beautiful” bill includes massive cuts to Medicaid. It erects new bureaucratic hurdles designed to kick people off their coverage—not help them stay insured.
And now, the same Republicans who voted to gut Medicaid are trying to blame the people who are losing it? That’s not just dishonest—it’s despicable. Kim herself spent 26 hours on the House floor fighting back against these cuts. As a pediatrician, she knows firsthand what this will mean for countless families.
For too many folks in WA-08 and across the country, Medicaid is the only path to seeing a doctor, filling a prescription, or affording a hospital visit, and Kim won’t stand by while Republicans lie to the American people and try to dodge accountability for what they did. So here’s what we do: We fight back, hold them accountable, and take back the House in 2026 to make sure they never get away with this again.
Chip in anything you can today to help Kim hold GOP extremists accountable, protect access to care, and ensure we're equipped to take back control of the House in 2026 >>
