Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on June 2, 2025 from Goshen Solar, LLC (Permittee) regarding the Goshen Solar Project in Goshen County. The Permittee is requesting a change to the expected construction start date of the captioned project.
Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator is providing public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 22-09. It is the Director's intention to authorize the change on or after July 9, 2025. The public may review a copy of the amendment request and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
