We have important news that we will share with you in this memo.

Democrats are dramatically overperforming our results from the 2024 election in 2025 special elections.

• In FL-01 – a heavily Republican seat on the Florida panhandle – Dems overperformed by 20%
• In NY SD-22 – a heavily Republican seat – Dems overperformed by 90% (!) and flipped the seat
• In Iowa SD-35 – a longtime Republican stronghold – Dems flipped the seat and overperformed by 25%

And this electoral data follows polling data that indicates that Trump's popularity is plummeting.

And that's before the full effects of Trump's tariffs are felt by everyday Americans and voters. And don't forget Republicans disastrous "Tax and Spend" handout to billionaires off the backs of your healthcare.

In response to this data, we've put together a three-pronged strategy to take back the House of Representatives and crush Trump and everything MAGA believes in:

1. We are going to support and invest in every Democrat running in a congressional special election to flip a Republican seat.
   
   (Remember, Democrats are only 3 seats away from retaking the majority. This would stop the Republican-billionaire-tax-giveaway in its tracks.)
   
   
2. We are going to recruit viable candidates (i.e. Democrats who can actually win) in Congressional districts across the US.
   
   We are taking a Moneyball approach to target districts that are more cost efficient to run in. In other words, where does our money go the furthest.
   
   
3. We will invest early in these campaigns so that these Democrats have the resources to win in districts that are often underinvested in.
   
   Trump's uniquely disastrous first 100 days in office will mean that Republicans will be playing defense across the electoral map. Our strategy is positioned to take advantage of that.

Here's where you come in.

It takes about $5,000 to add a new district to our list of targets. If everyone who reads this email chipped in $50, we could add a whole lot of new target districts. But unfortunately, not everyone will. We are asking if you will be the exception. Will you chip in $25 so we can do this work?
