Join Grounded Solutions Network in unpacking why, when and how some programs are deferring or waiving monthly ground lease and other program fees, especially in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. This short webinar, targeted at practitioners, will review the purpose and reasoning behind program fees, considerations for if and when to waive or defer fee collection, and highlight some program’s approaches in response to COVID-19.

Training Institute Online

Our goal is to make our training courses available, accessible and affordable to as many people as possible. We have converted our most popular in-person sessions into an interactive, 2 - 4 week online curriculum. Each course will convene from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm EST.
