Don’t Let Congress Cut Pell!

For decades, the Pell Grant has opened the door to college for millions of students—especially those that Fulfillment Fund serves - students who may have never thought it was possible for them.

Now, that door is at risk of slamming shut. Congress is considering massive cuts that could strip an estimated 1.4 million students—roughly 20% of current recipients—of access to Pell Grants entirely. More than half of all Pell recipients, including Fulfillment Fund students, would see their awards significantly reduced.

We can’t let that happen. The stakes are too high.

Call your senator today and tell them: Protect Pell. Protect opportunity.

Fulfillment Fund Heads to Capitol Hill—Fighting for Pell and College Access!

Progress in education doesn’t just happen in classrooms—it’s also shaped in the halls of Congress. This past April, our Chief Program Officer, Rachel Livingston, proudly represented Fulfillment Fund at the NCAN 2025 Inaugural Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C.

While there, Rachel raised student voices for equitable access to higher education, with a strong focus on protecting the Pell Grant, a lifeline for millions of students pursuing college dreams.
