I've always been a huge fan of Joel Salatin and his farming methods at Polyface Farm. When he and Dr. Sina McCullough offered me a chance to review their newest book, I was very excited. It's about making changes to improve the quality of your food in an easily accessible and budget-friendly way. And it's about our food system in general. It's such an important read, especially if you want more ethically raised animal products, untainted produce, and non-processed food in your world.
