A Women's Place

John, it’s officially Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈  And first of all, we want to say, we are PROUD of our LGBTQIA+ community around the country.

This month is about acknowledging the struggles, celebrating the progress, and aiming even higher for a safer, freer, more just and equal future. But this year, even as we prepare to celebrate, we know that under this Trump administration and the sweep of authoritarianism infecting our government, one thing is clear: we need to uplift the LGBTQIA+ community more than ever.

With headlines like these in our feeds every day, it’s hard to feel celebratory…

Trump 47's first 100 days focused, and failed, in implementing unprecedented lgbtq targeting.

Hegseth moves to oust trans people from military after Supreme Court ruling.

This administration has been targeting the LGBTQIA+ community since taking office, and it’s clear the MAGA agenda (remember Project 2025?) has its sights on revoking rights on same sex marriage and adoption, access to healthcare for trans folks, and more. And this GOP-led House refuses to stand up or act against Trump.

This is a scary time, but we have a say in the future we create.

We need more Democrats in office who will fight for LGBTQIA+ rights, who will stand up to Trump and stop the backwards slide scapegoating vulnerable communities, and who will celebrate and honor diversity as our strength. If you agree, instantly add your name today to let us know >>

— A Woman’s Place

The contemporary political landscape is filled with progressive women who are running for elected office up and down the ballot, who possess a true vision of equality for this country's future. A Woman's Place seeks to support their efforts by providing financial resources to embrace this tongue-in-cheek idea of what a woman's place should be.

We help put women where they belong: positions of political leadership throughout all levels of government.
