The so-called "big, beautiful bill" is now in the hands of the Senate. If they pass it, it will cause devastation for working-class families.

But now, it's come to light that this bill doesn't just cut Medicaid, but that it would automatically trigger $500 billion in cuts to Medicare.

Medicare has insured everyone 65 years and up since it began 60 years ago. It would be a gut punch and a betrayal to all older Americans who worked and paid into this system for their entire lives.
