Special LIVE conversation today

Hi John,

I hope you are staying safe. We are continuing to educate our neighbors during this troubling spike of COVID-19 in our community while also advocating for action from state leadership. Please wear a mask when in public.

Nationally, there is also much to catch up on, and I hope you can join me for an important LIVE conversation today at 4pm.

Find details below, and let us know if you need anything during this time.

For Equality

Monday was a celebration, a long-sought victory against discrimination and for equality.

The Supreme Court ruled that it is illegal to fire someone because of sexual orientation or gender identity.

The fight, however, isn't over. Not until there is equality in every way.

We must battle back against last week's move by the Trump administration to roll back transgender health care protections and their continued attacks on our most vulnerable communities.

I stand in full support of the Equality Act, which the House passed last year.

The Equality Act would provide consistent and clear non-discrimination protections for LGBTQ people across key areas of life including housing, health care, credit and more.

Our Fellow Americans
We are awaiting another key ruling from the Supreme Court. The decision, which will determine the fate of DACA, is expected to be soon, possibly even tomorrow.

Dreamers have been in limbo for far too long, at risk of losing the only home they know. These are our fellow Americans, and we must stand together to protect them.

Join us today for a conversation with Eddie Chavez Calderon, Campaign Organizer at Arizona Jews for Justice and a DACA recipient.
