Friends, you may have heard about Trump’s “big beautiful bill” that’s currently in the Senate.

Here’s the truth: this bill gives tax breaks to billionaires and massive corporations by taking away health care and other vital services for millions of Americans. And I will do everything I can to fight it.

We’re talking about massive cuts to essential government programs like Medicaid and SNAP.

As Senator for California, the cuts to Medicaid are particularly alarming.

There are more than 14 million Californians enrolled in California Medicaid. That includes more than 40% of children and more than 60% of nursing home residents.

This budget bill is a direct assault on our nation's most vulnerable, and I will do everything in my power to fight it.

But the reality is that I can’t stop this bill alone. And even if every single Democrat votes against it, the GOP would still have the votes.

So what we have to do is to demonstrate to our Republican colleagues that Americans are OVERWHELMINGLY against this bill.

We have to make it clear that if they vote for this bill, there will be consequences at every town hall, and at the ballot box. And so I am asking:

Friend, will you add your name to publicly stand against Trump’s budget bill? Help us show everyone watching that Americans are united against this disastrous bill.
