In June we celebrate LGBTQ+ communities and advocate for safe spaces to exist 🌈
The internet should be a safe space for everyone to share interests, experiences and make connections, but LGBTQ+ people keep being targeted online by bad actors spreading hate, tropes, and conspiracy theories.
The spread of anti-LGBTQ+ hate and lies does not just stay online. Like all online harms, it has been linked to real-life violence and even murder.
