Presidential candidates spend most of their time campaigning in a handful of states that are competitive.

The result? Voters in 40 of the 50 states are largely ignored -- because candidates only campaign in battleground states.

We believe that your vote matters just as much as everyone else’s, whether you live in a battleground state or not -- and our presidential candidates should have to earn your vote, whether you live in a battleground state or not.

That’s why we’re working to pass the National Popular Vote in Colorado this November. It would force candidates to focus on all 50 states -- not just on a handful of states they think will sway the election in their favor.

But John, we need your input: Do you think presidential candidates should campaign in all 50 states, and fight to earn votes from ALL Americans, no matter where you live?

Colorado used to be considered a battleground state -- but it won’t be for the 2020 election. So our candidates for president will most likely focus their attention elsewhere, and won’t worry about earning votes from Coloradans.

We think that’s wrong. A National Popular Vote would ensure that candidates have to earn the support of voters in every state – including Colorado.

So John, take a moment to answer our 1-click poll: Do you think presidential candidates should campaign in all 50 states and earn votes from ALL Americans?

We look forward to your response!
