'Tis the season!
It's jam season. Farmer's markets, backyard bushes, and grocery store aisles are jam-packed (pun intended) with berries.
I used to use store-bought pectin to make my jam before I stopped to read about what was in it. (Ugh.) I experimented with all sorts of methods for making my own pectin. (What a pain in the tuckus!)
Then I stumbled upon a way to make a thick, luscious jam without adding ANY pectin at all. It's time-consuming but most of that time is not hands on - it's just your fruit, sitting in your fridge, doing it's thing.
Here's how I make jam.

If you give this a try, I'd love to hear about how it worked for you. If you have questions, fire away in the comments!
Enjoy!
Stay safe.
Be happy.
Eat jam.
Love,
Daisy
