New York is teaming up with Planned Parenthood to make its horrific expansion of abortion even worse.

Today we're taking direct action in federal court to fight back.

New York passed the most barbaric abortion law in U.S. history, legalizing abortion to the moment of birth. Now Planned Parenthood has joined with New York, filing lawsuits to force pro-life doctors and nurses to participate in these horrific abortions.

It's unthinkable. We cannot let the abortion industry gain new ground and take more lives.

We can win. Just this week, we helped defund Planned Parenthood of $60 million in taxpayer funding. But Planned Parenthood and the abortion lobby are firing back in court.

At the ACLJ, we are aggressively defending babies in courts nationwide, including cases pending at the Supreme Court. Just hours ago, we filed a brief in California. Today we are filing a critical brief in New York to stop New York and Planned Parenthood's dangerous new abortion related lawsuit.
