LEGISLATIVE UPDATE:

NOTE: This is being written and submitted for print on Tuesday night (6/3/2025). This is a fluid process so I am now updating as of this time and will report the update for the rest of the week next time. 

There is movement in the Budget process to report. On Tuesday, June 3^rd, there were Conference Committees held to vote on Chairs and Vice Chairs. Now that they are formally organized, they will be going through the budget offers and continue to negotiate. On Wednesday there will be a Joint Legislative Budget Commission Meeting and on Thursday there are Sessions scheduled for the House and the Senate. Throughout the week, there is a probability there will be other committee hearings scheduled to move the process along.
