Congress deals with the most pressing issues of our nation, and that includes the economy and financial sector. We make policy decisions that can shift markets and change the economic situation of this country.

With that much power, it’s completely unfair that members of Congress can then turn around and get rich by investing with insider information.

Especially now, as billionaire oligarchs like Elon Musk are making policy decisions and working to make their allies in Congress richer.

So I want to show that a vast majority of Americans agree that it’s time to ban stock trading in Congress.
