The sessions throughout the day will be full of wellbeing and yoga sessions, along with healthy food stalls and activities.

Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive ready for yoga activities – please note the activity is on grass / ground, so come prepared with mats or blankets.

We’re thrilled to invite children aged 5–11 to take part in a fun, creative competition — the Trent Bridge T-Shirt Design Competition 2025, themed:
Cricket Meets Culture Let your child’s imagination shine by designing a t-shirt that blends the love of cricket with their cultural identity and heritage!
Grand Prize: The winner will receive a family ticket to the international T20 match – England Women v India Women at Trent Bridge, PLUS their very own t-shirt printed with their winning design! It’s an unforgettable chance to see top international cricketers in action and have your child’s creativity celebrated at the ground.
