John,

I used to work at Dollar General, where corporate recently backed away from previous commitments around diversity, equity, and inclusion. It's a slap in the face to the many Black, brown and low-income communities that make up their customer base, and it hurts ALL workers.

These corporations are bending to extremist politicians, gutting DEI programs, retaliating against union efforts, and putting profits above the safety and dignity of the very people who make their businesses run.

But we see through it, and we're fighting back. Tell corporations: Stop cutting diversity programs and invest in Black and brown workers! [[link removed]]

It can work -- just look at Target. After they rolled back their commitments to racial justice and equity, a consumer boycott led to a huge drop in earnings. The message is clear: if you go back on your word, we're not shopping at your stores.

You can't post on social media that Black Lives Matter and then cut programs that help Black workers. Workers like me have been on the front lines, calling out Dollar General's unsafe stores, racial discrimination, and union-busting tactics. We know the only way to win justice on the job is through organizing together.

Pledge to fight back with us. We will protest any corporation that chooses greed and extremism over justice, safety, and dignity. [[link removed]]

In solidarity,
