I just spoke with Lawrence O'Donnell about D.C. Republicans’ out-of-touch agenda.

Our leaders should be focused on providing economic relief and making housing and health care more affordable. That’s the opposite of what Republicans like Elise Stefanik and Donald Trump are doing in Washington, D.C.

But here in New York, we’re putting money back in people’s pockets. We’re fighting for our kids, caring for our seniors, and looking out for our most vulnerable.

That’s my agenda: Making New York a place where people don’t just get by, but they get ahead.
