Patriot,

Have you ever faced attack simply for who you are or what you said, believed,
or who you associated with?

That’s what happened to Tammy Weitzman.

Even though she was an oncology social worker for 23 years with an impeccable
record,Tammy was harassed, subjected to a hostile work environment, and
ultimatelyfired for what she courageously related was because of her race,
religion, and conservative political beliefs.

The harassment began when some of Tammy’s coworkers learned that she was
Jewish and had a personal friendship with a ranking member of the Trump
administration.

What followed was an onslaught of antisemitic and racist behavior from her
coworkers. As she has bravely described it, they called her a“white kike” and a
“white Canadian bitch.”

But when Tammy reported these actions to her management, Tammy was the one
who was punished by being forced to take a DEI training course to improve her
“ethnic sensitivity.”

Patriot, what would you do in this situation?

Do what Tammy did – contact Coalition For Liberty (CFL).

Coalition For Liberty is fighting back against Cancel Culture. We help
everyday Americans feel safe to speak up by providing legal consequences for
those who use Cancel Culture as a weapon against freedom of speech, thought,
and expression.

The injustice didn’t stop there…

During mandatory DEI trainings, Tammy was told that, even though she was
Jewish, because she could "pass" for white, she could not truly understand what
discrimination was.

It gets worse…

When Tammy objected to an article that not only portrayed conservatives,
whites, and Jews in a negative light but also advocated for her toconfront her
conservative, white, or Jewish patients, coworkers, friends, and family, she
was instructed by management to engage with the individual who ran the DEI
trainings.

The response she received was an incendiary, abusive, and racist email.

In it, the DEI instructor told Tammy that,

“It is the essence of white privilege to be able to focus on a tree at the
expense of seeing the forest. It isthe essence of white fragility to claim
victimhood when you are definitely not the victim. I'm disturbed that a white
woman on a social work team at a major institution like SCCA would try to play
these games, wouldclaim the status of victimhood, in the face of a woman of
color, after the years of the era of Trump.”

She further explained that she “will not privilege your [Ms. Weitzman’s] or
any white person’s perspective or opinion.”

Both management and HR were copied on the email. Instead of reprimanding the
DEI instructor, they abruptly fired Tammy!

It was then that Tammy reached out to Coalition For Liberty. We promptly
engaged Washington attorney Robert Bouvatte to represent her and filed a
lawsuit on her behalf.

This is a powerful way to attack the cancer of Cancel Culture: provide
serious legal consequences for slander, libel, defamation, and harassment.

Tammy was persecuted for her refusal to use her position as a social worker to
advance the Left’s racist political agenda.

As she put it,

“I believe that when cancer patients are entering a cancer center, they are
not thinking about who is occupying the Oval Office at the time. They are
thinking about their lives. They are thinking about ‘What is my doctor gonna
say when I meet with him? What is gonna be the result of any imaging or scans
or MRIs that I’m gonna have? Am I gonna live? How am I gonna afford
transportation, medication…’ They are not concerned with President Trump.”

Would you do anything different, Patriot?

We are beyond pleased to report that Tammy's case has been favorably
resolved. We hope that Tammy's courageous example inspires others to step
forward and seek accountability when they have been unjustly targeted because
of their race, religion, or political views.

Coalition For Liberty stands ready to provide legal assistance to all
Americans who experience the damaging effects of Cancel Culture in their
personal or professional lives.

But we can only continue this fight with the help of patriotic Americans who
care about preserving our constitutional and God-given rights to freedom of
speech, thought, and expression.

That is why I hope you will make a tax-deductible gift of $35, $50, $150,
$500, or even $1,000 to Coalition For Liberty today.
