John,
You’ve heard our campaign talk before about how Nancy Pelosi is more of an actor than a representative. How she pretends to help working people while voting with Trump, the GOP and corporate America.
But this time, it really hurts.
Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, small businesses all over America are closing their doors: restaurants, bars, small retail stores. Even those that are somehow managing to stay open, because they’re deemed essential or can ride it out, are in jeopardy.
So what does Nancy Pelosi do? By now, it shouldn’t come as a surprise:
When the first pandemic relief bill, the CARES Act, was drafted, she included corporate-owned, big-money donor chains like Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Potbelly, J. Alexander’s, and Shake Shack as massive loan recipients, on the dubious premise that their individual locations qualify as “small businesses”
The second pandemic relief bill, the HEROES Act—again with Pelosi’s knowledge and approval—reclassifies lobbyist groups as “small businesses,” including those groups that directly lobby Pelosi and her congressional Democrats to make laws enriching their fat cat clients
And, amid all this donor and lobbyist pleasing, Pelosi is providing nothing but pitiful crumbs for working people: A one-time payment of $1200—barely enough for one month’s rent and food, let alone a year’s worth of tough times
Our campaign to replace Pelosi prioritizes the needs of working Americans, including workers and small business owners. We’ve become a subject of national attention. Can you take us to the next level so we can get voters “off the dime” and win?
America has had enough of Pelosi’s “let them eat ice cream” brand of politics. Right now, of all eras, we badly need leadership in Washington that serves real mom-and-pop businesses, not big corporate campaign contributors.

I’m proud to say that unlike Nancy Pelosi, our own campaign to unseat her isn’t funded by SuperPACS, national corporate chains, or lobbyist groups. But that means we’re powered by you, and you alone.
We’re all in this together. Let’s go!
