Last month, House Republicans jammed through Trump’s dangerous budget – passing one of the largest Medicaid cuts in history that could cause millions to lose their coverage!

Then, at a town hall last Friday, Republican Joni Ernst responded to terrified Iowans with a chilling, mocking line: “we’re all going to die.”

In Ernst’s own state, 40% of the people who are enrolled in Medicaid are children, 42% live in rural areas, and 50% are nursing home residents.

These aren’t just numbers, they’re lives on the line.

New Dems are fighting the GOP’s callous and cruel agenda, but it’s going to take a lot of people power to hold MAGA extremists like Ernst accountable.
