*LCB Action: Acceptable Forms of Identification – Proposed Rulemaking (CR 102) Filed*

On June 4, 2025 the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:

"The Board approved a Proposed Rulemaking (CR 102) "to consider amending WAC 314-11-025 [ [link removed] ] and WAC 314-55-150 [ [link removed] ] to respond to petitions for rulemaking regarding acceptable forms of identification for age verification for purchase of alcohol and cannabis.
