Republican Ryan Mackenzie was the deciding vote to pass Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” that would cut health care for working people and give a tax break to billionaires at our expense.

Mackenzie didn’t just vote “yes.” When Speaker Johnson announced the bill passed in the House, Mackenzie stood alongside the most extreme wing of the Republican party and cheered. That made me furious.

If signed into law, this bill would rip healthcare from nearly 20,000 people in our district, threaten SNAP for 25,000 more, and keep driving up prices at our expense. Kids, seniors, people who recently lost a job, veterans – these are the folks who will be affected the most. All to make billionaires like Elon Musk even richer.

I’ve spent my career fighting for the families hit hardest by these cuts. Now, I’m running for Congress to deliver real solutions and put working families first.
