Pride is more than one month of celebrations and recognition of the LGBTQ+ community. It's a protest and a fight for equality. It's collaboration and support across other marginalized communities. It's for our future and our safety.
This Pride season, we continue our mission to create safe and inclusive schools for our LGBTQ+ youth, and we encourage you to unite as a community and Rise Up with Pride. At a time when 1 in 10 adults and 1 in 5 Gen Z youth identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, our voices can no longer be ignored. Strengthened by our unity, we are more powerful than ever.
