It’s true, and we all know it.
Every time you might think they can’t find a new way to cheat the system, Republicans keep trying. They’ll gerrymander as many maps as they can. They’ll severely restrict state ballot measures, like they recently did in Florida. They’ll try to steal a state supreme court seat, like in North Carolina. And on and on.
Republicans are nothing if not consistent. And that’s exactly how we need to be: consistent and persistent in our fight to save our democracy.

The truth is, Republicans are terrified of voters. The MAGA GOP wants to avoid accountability at any cost. But we’re fighting back for a level playing field, where voters have the power to make their voices heard. And we know that Democrats don’t need to cheat to win — as Attorney General Holder says, “if the maps are fair, Democrats do just fine.”
Look: If someone tries to cheat at basketball or soccer or chess, you don’t just let them break or rewrite the rules. You stand up, defend fair play, and resolve to win the right way.
We must never underestimate how far Republicans will go — so we must always make sure we have everything we need to fight back and win.
