You may have received an email from me this afternoon asking you to review and sign a document via DocuSign. Please DO NOT click the link in the email. Unfortunately, my email account was hacked and this was an unauthorized phishing attempt.

 

If you did not open the email or click the link, simply delete the message. No further action is needed. You can report the email by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the email and selecting "report phishing". 

 

If you did click on the link and enter any information, please follow these steps: 1) Delete the email, 2) Run an up-to-date antivirus scan on your device, and 3) Contact us at [email protected] so we can assist.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience! The issue has now been fixed and there is no evidence that any personal information was accessed.
