The fight for equality has been a long and arduous journey, fraught with immense challenges. From the Stonewall Uprising, which sparked a new era of resistance, to the relentless advocacy against discriminatory laws and societal prejudices, every step forward has been built on the courage, resilience, and unwavering dedication of activists and organizers.
Throughout Pride Month, we'll be celebrating partners who are instrumental in advancing the freedom and visibility of the LGBTQ+ community. This week, we're incredibly proud to feature the Trans Pride Initiative in Dallas, Texas, for their impactful work!
Trans Pride Initiative, is working to provide assistance and support for transgender and gender diverse persons in areas of healthcare, housing, employment, education, and public accommodations. This month, the Trans Pride Initiative is spearheading the Pride Inside Campaign, uniting communities to support incarcerated transgender and queer individuals. To support the campaign, send in a 15-second video wishing a joyous Pride Month to folks facing imprisonment.You can find ways to support them here.
