With just under two weeks left in our campaign, we want to bring you up to speed
on where the Olympus Spa case stands — and what’s coming next.
Since launching this campaign, Pacific Justice Institute has filed legal responses
and has begun preparing for what may become a precedent-setting battle in the
courts. Our legal team is working tirelessly to defend Olympus Spa against
government officials who’ve overstepped their authority and violated the rights of
Christian business owners.
Behind the scenes, we’ve also seen a groundswell of public support. Thousands of
people across the nation have visited our campaign page, watched our video, and
given generously. Churches have joined the conversation. Supporters have sent
encouraging notes. And new donors are stepping forward daily.
But we’re not finished yet.
In the next phase of the case, we’ll be submitting briefs and preparing for hearings
that will challenge how the law interprets religious freedom in the context of gender
identity laws. What happens here could shape how businesses — especially
faith-based ones — operate in the future.
