Support Our Historic Fundraiser!
A HUGE thank you to all the BYD members and elected officials who made last week's historic fundraiser a huge success! We raised over 11K, breaking our club fundraising record. 💸🎉

We had the wonderful opportunity to hear from a star studded slate of progressive democrats leading change in Brooklyn, including Councilmember Chi Ossé, State Sen. Julia Salazar, Borough President Antonio Reynoso, Comptroller Brad Lander, and New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli, and many more.

We also announced BYD's endorsements for the 2025 primary election (see more details below ⬇️) and honored our member's contributions this year. Huge congrats to Seamus and Zunera for being awarded "BYD Member of the Year" and "Progressive of the Year." 🏆
As the only young dems group that endorsed candidates in the upcoming NYC election, BYD has proven to be a leader in mobilizing young people to support progressive causes. We need your support to ensure BYD can continue to do this critical work!

With YOUR input, BYD was able pursue a ranked endorsement for the upcoming Mayoral primary! We're backing bold, battle-tested progressive who will deliver results for New Yorkers⬇️

Attend Our Mayoral Debate Watch Party 
Tomorrow, we are co-hosting a mayoral debate pizza party with Lambda Independent Democrats at Macri Park at 462 Union Ave. in Brooklyn! Make sure to show up for some good food, good entertainment, and to discuss the debate with your fellow Brooklyn Young Democrats.
Now that we've endorsed candidates, it's our job to support them to ensure wins in the primary. Please keep your eyes peeled for upcoming canvassing events and show up when you can!
