Team,

The EPA is considering rescinding the national PFAS drinking water standard, a rule that currently protects nearly 100 million Americans from toxic “forever” chemicals in their water.

If the EPA backs down on this rule, millions of people will suffer because of PFAS.

I have seen the effects of PFAS contamination in my district. I’ve spoken with families whose health has been permanently impacted or who worry every time they pour a glass of water for their children.

That’s why I authored the PFAS Action Act and co-chair the bipartisan PFAS Task Force in Congress. I’m a fighter and I won’t back down from ensuring Michigan and the rest of the country prioritizes safe drinking water for everyone. Rescinding the PFAS rule would mean more communities poisoned by this dangerous “forever” chemical, more children getting sick, and more lives lost — all to satisfy polluters and special interests.

We can’t let this happen. Will you rush a contribution today so I can fight against this dangerous rollback and keep pushing for clean, safe drinking water for all?
