With your support, we met our online fundraising goal for May. Whether you donated a few dollars, told a neighbor about my campaign, or even just read our emails, your ongoing support has never been more critical than at this moment.

We’re quickly approaching our end-of-quarter deadline at the end of this month. This is a deadline required by the FEC – anyone, including the national GOP, will be able to comb over our fundraising data for any signs of weakness.

And while the midterm elections may seem far away, how we manage at this early stage will set the tone going forward. I’m in a uniquely vulnerable position as one of a small handful of Democrats who flipped red seats back in November.

I’m bracing for an increase in attacks this month, but I want you to know that my main focus will always be delivering for our CA-27 communities in Congress.

I’m working day and night fighting back against the chaos of the Trump Administration, but real change is nearly impossible without a Democratic House majority. That’s what makes your support now so important.
