Folks,
Donald Trump just jammed his “Big, Beautiful Bill” through the House – legislation that would rip health care from MILLIONS of Americans in order to fund big tax giveaways for the wealthiest Americans.
That came on the heels of the news that he’ll be throwing himself a birthday military parade. That’s right, folks. Trump is bringing 28 tanks, over 6,000 soldiers, 50 helicopters, 34 horses, two mules, and even a dog to Washington to celebrate… oh, and he’s using your taxpayer money to fund it. As much as $45 million, to be exact.
So let’s get this straight: Trump is throwing himself a million dollar vanity parade, on the taxpayers’ dime, while simultaneously pushing a bill through Congress that backs the largest cuts to Medicaid in history, strips away food assistance for low income families, and could shutter rural hospitals across the country.
Unfortunately even amidst this corruption, my Republican colleagues continue to stay silent.
It couldn’t be more clear: if we want to hold Trump accountable and contain this chaos, we need to take back the Senate for Democrats. So I’m asking: will you donate to my reelection campaign today to protect my seat and win back the Senate?
