Email from ENA Palantir, the company developing the new spy database, has played a major role in the genocide of Palestinians. John, Last week, The New York Times released an alarming report: Trump is having the company responsible for the indiscriminate bombing of Palestinians build an unprecedented database for tracking American citizens. This database will be a weapon that he can use against American citizens opposed to Israel’s genocide: The database would compile Americans’ private information, scraped from various government agencies, that could be used to track or persecute them. It would hold hundreds of data points on citizens, including bank account numbers, amount of student debt, medical claims, disability status, etc. Palantir, the company developing the new spy database, has played a major role in the genocide of Palestinians. Israel is currently using Palantir’s AI software to automate its indiscriminate drone strikes in Gaza. First they came for the students, then the migrants, then it was too late when they came for all democrats. When the Trump administration began sending masked ICE agents in unmarked cars to arrest college students who protested against Israel’s genocide, many members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus said nothing. Why would we expect them to say anything when Trump starts disappearing all democrats regardless if they are pro-Palestine or not? That is why Clean Up the Caucus is holding democrats in the Congressional Progressive Caucus accountable for their complicity. They were elected to protect democracy and their constituents from this type of fascist crackdown. But they sold us out for AIPAC cash. It’s time we gave the Congressional Progressive Caucus the courage to protect our freedom of speech by putting the pressure on them directly. Can we count on you to chip in whatever you can spare to hold these so-called progressives accountable for their complicity with genocide?
