Jane Fonda

We’re almost one week out from one of the most competitive and consequential state legislative primaries in the country — and JanePAC is going all in to endorse two bold climate champions.

Ravi Bhalla and Katie Brennan are running together on a progressive slate for the two Assembly seats for New Jersey’s 32nd District, representing Hoboken and parts of Jersey City. They’re rejecting fossil fuel money and pushing for the kind of climate leadership this moment demands.

This is a competitive primary, and races like this can come down to just a handful of votes, so every bit of support from this grassroots movement truly makes a difference. John, can you split a $20 donation to help power Ravi and Katie’s grassroots campaigns across the finish line on June 10th?

Meet the candidates:

Ravi Bhalla

🌍 Ravi Bhalla is the mayor of Hoboken. Under his leadership, the city became the first in New Jersey to establish a Climate Action Department and the first to sue Big Oil for climate damages.

Ravi turned climate vision into action, building green parks and stormwater systems to reduce flooding and fighting back against new gas-fired power plants in the region. He’s spent his career standing up for working families, immigrant communities, and the right to a sustainable planet. As a civil rights attorney and former city councilor, he knows how to lead with policy and principle — grounded in community, powered by justice, and focused on impact.

He’s the kind of climate leader who constantly shows up, speaks out, and never backs down. Now, he’s running to bring that same fearless leadership to the State Assembly.

Katie Brennan

🌍 Katie Brennan is a national leader in climate resilience and housing justice, with deep experience working across government and community coalitions to build lasting, equitable infrastructure.

She’s led the charge to protect frontline communities from the devastating impacts of the climate crisis, launching bold, state-level plans that deliver real relief. She’s a relentless advocate for policies like congestion pricing, stronger protections for public parks, safer housing, and cleaner transportation. Katie is also firmly opposed to all new fossil fuel projects in New Jersey.

She’s more than ready to take the fight for environmental justice to the Assembly — and she’s doing it without a dime of fossil fuel or lobbyist money.

JanePAC was built for moments like this, John — when bold climate leaders step up to change the system, they need people like you to join them in meeting the moment.

Ravi and Katie have done the work to advance climate progress. Now it’s our turn to help them reach as many voters as possible before Election Day on June 10th. Can you pitch in $20 to power them across the finish line?
