🏳️‍🌈 Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

Pride is about the freedom to live your life openly, to love who you love and to live as you are. And whether you’re out to the world, or you haven’t told a single soul, you deserve the basic human right to live your truth.

Pride Month is also a time to remember and celebrate the countless number of LGBTQ+ activists who bravely fought against hate and discrimination to push our nation forward.

But if the last twelve months have taught us one thing, it’s this: The fight for true equality is far from over.

Today, right-wing extremists are mobilizing to roll back the progress we’ve made and chip away at the hard-earned freedoms of the LGBTQ+ community. Now, they’re even willing to attack, stigmatize, and scapegoat LGBTQ+ kids.

I want you to know that no matter who you are, who you love, or how you identify, you deserve acceptance and support from your government — and I won’t stop fighting until that’s the reality in all 50 states.
