NIAC is proud to launch IAPride.com, a platform to share stories of Pride and allyship. Today, we invite all of you—the LGBTQ+ community and allies—to share YOUR stories to be featured on IAPride.com.

Dear John,

Yesterday, as thousands across the world celebrated June as Pride Month, the LGBTQ+ community secured a huge win when the Supreme Court ruled that employers cannot discriminate based on sexual orientation or gender identity. This victory comes at a time when Americans are taking to the streets to demand racial equality and police accountability.

All together, the momentum behind these movements mirror a cultural change and awakening—and the Iranian-American community is no exception. Just as we have joined in amplifying the voices of our Black brothers and sisters, we must also work to lift up the voices of queer and trans people of color.

That is why NIAC is proud to launch IAPride.com, a platform to share stories of Pride and allyship. Today, we invite all of you—the LGBTQ+ community and allies—to share YOUR stories to be featured on IAPride.com.

Want to submit a story? Just post it on Twitter or Instagram and use the hashtag #IAPride. And get creative! Videos, words, and art are all welcome. And make sure to check out just one of the inspiring stories submitted below!
