Introducing the Direct Care Careers Promotional Toolkit

HHSC is excited to announce the launch of the Direct Care Careers (DCC) promotional toolkit. This toolkit offers essential information about the personal care attendant role, detailed insights into the DCC platform and its features, and access to promotional and recruitment materials for distribution within local communities.

What’s inside the toolkit?

• A one-page overview of Direct Care Careers called “What is DCC?”.
• Answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) about DCC.
• Flyers tailored to recruit candidates interested in creating a profile on DCC and employers seeking to post open positions.
• Wallet-sized recruitment cards for employers to share with potential candidates and advertise open positions, resources, and training available on DCC.

HHSC encourages you to use this toolkit to help raise awareness about the personal care attendant opportunities available on DCC. Together with HHSC, you can build a stronger workforce that meets the needs of your community members who rely on these essential services.
