DES MOINES— Today, Governor Kim Reynolds signed the following bills into law: 

HF 954 [ [link removed] ]: A bill for an act relating to the conduct of elections, and including effective date and retroactive applicability provisions. 

HF 928 [ [link removed] ]: A bill for an act relating to the recounting and contesting of elections, and providing penalties.
