Agenda PAC Welcomes Emmy-Nominated Producer and LGBTQ+ Advocate Shane Jordan to Its Board of Directors Ahead of Pride Season
WASHINGTON, D.C. — As Pride Month officially kicks off, Agenda PAC is proud to announce that Shane Jordan, an Emmy-nominated producer, LGBTQ+ children’s author, and digital strategist , has joined its Board of Directors.
Jordan’s appointment comes as Agenda PAC enters Pride Season with momentum—and urgency. A longtime advocate for queer youth and media equity, Jordan brings decades of experience building campaigns, platforms, and cultural movements that center visibility, safety, and inclusion.

“Shane has spent his career telling the stories that too many politicians are trying to silence,” said Brian Sims, CEO of Agenda PAC . “Whether he’s uplifting LGBTQ+ families through his writing or holding power to account through media and strategy, his voice strengthens our mission in every way.”
Jordan is the co-author of The Rainbow Parade: A Celebration of LGBTQIA+ Identities and Allies , a bestselling children’s picture book that follows a young child free to express their gender identity and their father attending their first Pride parade together. The book has received national acclaim and support from cultural icons and organizations including Elton John, Whoopi Goldberg, Paris Hilton, ACLU, and The Trevor Project. At a time when LGBTQ+ identity and family inclusion are under attack across the country, The Rainbow Parade stands as a joyful and defiant celebration of acceptance.
Beyond publishing, Jordan has spent over two decades at the intersection of entertainment, advocacy, and impact. He has worked on marketing campaigns for global superstars such as Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and Garth Brooks. He was also nominated for an Emmy for his work on a campaign promoting the use of mass transit to prevent impaired driving.
“Agenda PAC is doing the work that matters most right now—calling out hate, building power, and protecting our community,” said Jordan . “I’m honored to be part of that fight.”
Jordan joins the board as Agenda PAC ramps up its 50-for-50 campaign, targeting the most dangerous anti-LGBTQ+ officials in every state. His leadership will support the organization’s expanding creative and strategic efforts heading into the 2026 elections.
