NARCAN TRAINING SESSION WITH AARI
Tuesday, June 10 I 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. I Chamber Boardroom
Join the Arlington Chamber of Commerce Foundation for a free training on recognizing and responding to opioid overdoses. Led by Narcan trainer Jim Dooley with the Arlington Addiction Recovery Initiative, this hands-on session covers how to identify an overdose and administer Naloxone (Narcan). Attendees will receive Narcan after the training and have the chance to ask questions.
The event is free for Chamber members and will take place at the Chamber office. Registration is required.

NONPROFIT FORUM: LANDSCAPE OF HUMAN SERVICES IN ARLINGTON

Limited tickets available: Join the Arlington Chamber of Commerce for our Nonprofit Forum: Landscape of Human Services in Arlington. The event will feature a timely conversation exploring the evolving needs of our community and the organizations working to meet them.
This engaging morning event will kick off with opening remarks by Brian Marroquin, Director of Grants and Initiatives, Arlington Community Foundation followed by an engaged panel featuring Lesley E. Daigle, CEO of Arlington Free Clinic, Anita Friedman, Director of Arlington County's Department of Human Services, Charlie Meng, CEO of Arlington Food Assistance Center and Fraser Murdoch, CEO of Bridges to Independence. The panel will be moderatorated by Patrick Phillippi, Senior Manager, Community Engagement at Amazon.
The program will also include open networking, audience Q&A, and small group discussions designed to foster collaboration and deepen understanding of the challenges and opportunities in human services today.
