Happy Pride Month, Big!

Pride Month celebrations are underway across the country honoring the persistence, strength, and sacrifices of LGBTQ+ Americans throughout history in their continuing struggle for basic respect, dignity, and freedom from discrimination.

This year, as LGBTQ+ rights, especially trans people, are under attack at every level of government, we must take a step back and remember how this celebration started: with a protest.

We must remain committed to standing up for LGBTQ+ people, not just during Pride Month. Everyone deserves to live as their authentic selves, without fear of retaliation, hate, or discrimination.

Here at the PA Dems, we work every single day to elect Democrats up and down the ballot who will use their positions to stand with and for the LGBTQ+ community.
