I'll be speaking at several events this week - the Iowa AFL-CIO convention today, the Democratic National Committee Summer Meeting on Thursday and Friday, the 2nd Congressional District Democrats' Central Committee meeting on Saturday and the Clay County Democrats Steak Fry on Sunday.

I'll also be organizing three "Cup of Joe on the Issues" events next week.

Wednesday, August 21st:

• Altoona, Iowa: I will be speaking at the Iowa AFL-CIO Convention (Prairie Meadows Casino, Racetrack, & Hotel, 1 Prairie Meadows Dr, Altoona, IA 50009, USA) at 3.55pm on Wednesday, August 21st.

Thursday, August 22nd:

• San Francisco, California: I will be speaking at several caucuses at the Democratic National Committee Summer Meeting at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel (333 O’Farrell St, San Francisco, CA 94102).

Friday, August 23rd:

• San Francisco, California: I will be speaking at the Democratic National Committee Summer Meeting’s “Meet the Candidates Session” at roughly 11am on August 23rd (event from August 22nd-24th) at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel (333 O’Farrell St, San Francisco, CA 94102).

Saturday, August 24th:

• Fairfield, Iowa: I will be speaking at the 2nd Congressional District Democrats' Central Committee meeting at 12pm on Saturday, August 23rd, at Fairfield Public Library (104 West Adams Avenue, Fairfield, IA 52556).

Sunday, August 25th:

• Spencer, Iowa: I will be speaking at the Clay County Democrats’ Steak Fry on Sunday, August 25th (5-8pm) at the Oneota Park Shelter (420 10th Avenue SE, Spencer, IA 51301).

Wednesday, August 28th:
