We aren’t emailing just because it’s the end of the month.

We’re writing because what happens after this deadline — in California’s most competitive swing districts — depends directly on whether we hit our goal tonight.

We’re still short on our goal, and here’s what’s at stake:

→ In CA-22, CA-40, and CA-41, Republicans hold seats that nonpartisan analysts just rated as “Lean Republican.” That means they’re vulnerable. And flipping even one could put us on track to take back the House.

→ Our organizers are ready. They’ve built phonebank operations, canvassing plans, and outreach targets. But without tonight’s funding, we’ll have to scale back their goals.

→ Republicans are watching this deadline, too. If they see we are falling short on enthusiasm (even after our convention) they’ll flood California with more billionaire-backed attacks.

This isn’t about meeting some arbitrary goal. It’s about the brass tacks of how much we can invest in flipping districts from red to blue.

You’ll help decide how much firepower we have to challenge vulnerable GOP incumbents and protect our path to a Democratic House.
