New Yorkers deserve a mayor who loves this city and will do everything in their power to make life better for the people who live here.

I know that my dad, Brad Lander, is that person.

In the past, I’ve often referred to my dad as a nerd (which he is!) But I should be clear that I use the word “nerd” with an immense amount of respect.

From poring over audits and policy details on weekends, to building 50,000 units of affordable housing, I’ve witnessed firsthand how hard my dad works to improve New York City. He is someone who truly cares about making real progress for New Yorkers and securing the future of our city.

He’s also the best person to tag along with to the Met Gala, where we repped labor rights together.

Election Day is just around the corner, which means that we only have a few weeks left to win this race for him. I’m doing everything I can to make sure New Yorkers know just how much my dad cares about NYC — but in a race this close, we need to do even more.
