The National Police Academy officially adopted a new tool rooted in trauma-informed care that will transform how officers handle cases of violence against women and children. Please pray that every officer trained with this manual embraces it wholeheartedly, using it to bring justice and healing to survivors across the country. |

| Praise God for the recognition IJM Kenya received from the Office of the Attorney General for its vital role in shaping the Victim Protection (Amendment) Bill. This bill is designed to safeguard victims of crime during the pre-trial, trial and post-trial stages, minimizing revictimization and creating a more empowering and inclusive justice system. We thank God for this significant step toward justice in Kenya and ask for continued wisdom and strength for the teams working to finalize the bill and chart a path for its implementation. |

| Please pray for a recent heartbreaking case where a young boy was allegedly killed over his family’s bonded labor debt. The farm owner who was exploiting the family held the boy as ransom while his mother scrounged to pay him. While she was gone, the owner mistreated the boy and later buried him in secret. IJM and our local partners are supporting the authorities in this highly sensitive case. Pray for justice for this family and ask for God’s profound comfort for this grieving mother. |

| We praise God for the recent conviction and life imprisonment of a perpetrator involved in the online trafficking and abuse of a minor—a powerful step forward in the fight against online sexual abuse and exploitation of children (OSAEC) in the Philippines. We are grateful for the tireless efforts of local law enforcement, prosecutors, social workers and partners who made justice possible and rescued a child from harm. May this victory inspire continued vigilance and action to protect vulnerable children until all are free. |
