Did you see this, fellow activist?

We recently let you know that Republicans are once again working to rally their MAGA base to gain a majority on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court this November, and billionaires are looking to funnel millions into these races to make that happen.

If MAGA is successful with their anti-retention campaign, the PA Supreme Court could have three vacancies until the Governor is able to appoint and confirm their replacements (unlikely as this would require support from Republicans in the PA Senate) or until the next judicial election in 2027. Their ultimate goal: having a Republican majority on the PA Supreme Court before the 2028 presidential election.

These races are a TOP priority for the Republican party because they want to have free rein to push the Trump regime's backward agenda on our nation. Before our end-of-month deadline, will you chip in $25 or whatever you can immediately and join us in the fight to ensure our courts are fair and independent? ([link removed]

You need to see this:

We are sounding the alarm. Last week, the primary elections in Pennsylvania took place. Now, all eyes are on the General Elections in November, including the judicial retention seats on the PA Supreme Court.

As a reminder, Democrats hold a five-to-two majority on the PA Supreme Court, but this year’s retention elections could swing the balance of power if the Democratically elected justices do not win their retention elections.

As NPP CEO Kadida Kenner stated to The Keystone, “This will be a historic election in Pennsylvania, and I’m sure we’re going to come close to Wisconsin’s $110 million when it comes down to it…These Supreme Court justice seats are so important because they’re ensuring our voting rights, our access to abortion and securing democracy in general.”

This isn’t hyperbole: It is reported that Elon Musk has already spent a million on these races, and PA’s richest billionaire, Jeffrey Yass, is planning to spend even more in his anti-retention campaign against the justices elected as Democrats.

We must act fast: A generous angel donor has agreed to match all donations up to $50,000. As we aim to hit our end-of-month fundraising goal, will you rush a doubled donation now to support our critical voter education and mobilization work ahead of this year’s judicial elections? → ([link removed]
