🏠 INSIDE SAFE: CHANGING LIVES, CHANGING NEIGHBORHOODS
Last week, our Inside Safe teams continued their critical work to bring Angelenos indoors — with new operations in both the San Fernando Valley and South Los Angeles.
In the Valley, 10 people experiencing homelessness, including individuals living in 2 RVs along a business corridor, came inside. One of the most powerful moments came when a mother and her autistic teenage son transitioned into housing — both deeply thankful for the safety and stability they now have.
In South LA, 21 people were brought indoors from an encampment located next to both residential and commercial properties. This operation also included significant coordination with MLK Street Medicine, ensuring people received the medical care they need as they transitioned inside.
Not to miss… A couple weeks ago, homeless encampments in Woodland Hills and Beverly Grove with over 30 people were removed.
The Woodland Hills encampment was located in front of the historic Warner Center Park, which includes Lou Bredlow Pavilion – a community fixture known for hosting free concerts, movie screenings, and other local events. The two Beverly Grove encampments were situated among businesses, an assisted living facility, a place of worship, and local residences.

Across the city, Inside Safe continues to change lives — and restore communities. We are not going back to the old way of doing things.
